Personally, I love the cozy ambiance of Cafe Café and the delicious food they offer. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend stopping by Cafe Café to experience their delightful menu and welcoming atmosphere.

The coffee kind of sucks, but they do have really good treats -- Balthazar baked goods, and smoothies pretty good (almond milk option, etc). The staff overall is very friendly and nice, other than the guy who runs the cash register, he looks miserable every morning, smile guy! But the location is perfect. And they have cute seating upstairs too. If you want good coffee, go to Ground Support on West Broadway and Spring!

After sampling many of the nearby options, I must update my review on a place that has now become part of my daily routine. Oh Cafe Café- you are my one and only spot for lunch. I don't care that the sandwiches cost $9... I would give an arm for the Chicken Milanesa & Avocado Panini (fried thin and crispy). And, it's more than the food, I love the set up and atmosphere of this place. Plus, now that I've become a regular, I notice the other characters that call this place home... The two elderly men who sit on the bench out front in the morning above a smush of an old french bulldog that hazily listens to their conversation... Or the man who comes in every morning with a long-haired chihuahua and a coon hound that sets its nose on the front counter while he orders his coffee... come to think of it, this place is very DOG FRIENDLY. I just love the convenient set up and fast service. I work in SoHo half the week and I come here both before work and for my lunch break. It is the perfect spot to relax and read. If only they had Wifi!

Time outs aren't just for naughty children anymore. Nor are they only for losing basketball teams, desperately trying to stall the inevitable in the fourth quarter. While I'll take a time-out after running a mile or two, there's one sport that I'll compete in until I nearly drop dead: shopping. This is where Cafe Café comes into the game. It's at the epicenter of that vile temptress SoHo with all her materialistic and sinful wiles. But if SoHo is like the sirens in the odyssey of shopping, Cafe Café is Ithaca. Safe, warm, and homey. I crawled in after a long day of elbowing, deliberating, and fawning, otherwise known as a shopping day in NYC. It's small and rustic with tiny wooden tables, mostly for two, so one for me and one chair for my bags. The double espresso was excellently pulled, and the freshly squeezed oj stabilized my sugars so I was ready to get back in the game after my much needed time out. I liked the small loft area and if I had more time, I would have found it a nice place to read an epic poem or have an epic conversation with a dear friend. Cafe Café, thank you for being my steroid in my quest to be MVP in my favorite sport.

Green St. between Spring and Broome. Oh, Cafe Cafe. I always thank you for your existence in the midst of retail jungle. In Soho, one will always have a trouble finding a perfectly delightful, quiet eatery, hidden yet close to everything retail. I usually goes there for morning pick-me-ups. It seems like 10am-11:30am is very slow period. Their selection of muffins and scones are great! Scones are from Balthazar. I also love their brownie. It's got chunks of chocolate in it. I don't remember who makes it though. I will check it next time I visit Cafe Cafe.

I had an hour to kill while waiting for a friend near Chinatown and I needed two things: food and coffee. I saw Cafe Cafe and decided to pop in, and I'm really glad I did. The interior is mostly wood and very cozy. There is a lot more room inside than you would think from the storefront. There is a bar you can sit at on the main floor and a small seating area with benches and tables to the side. Upstairs is a seating area broken up into two parts. One with small tables and chairs, the other with benches and chairs (and yes, small tables!). The music playing was calm and really set the mood. I had a egg and cheese sandwich which was delicious! The coffee was just the right strength to wake me up and put me in a good mood. Service was fast and courteous. It wasn't very crowded so I was able to hang out there for at least thirty minutes before shifting over to the benches outside. Any time I'm in the area, I'll know where to go to get myself a nice cup of joe and a tasty sandwich. I'm also eager to try their pastries and baked goods - they looked awesome!

Cafe? Cafffeeeeeh! I think the emphasis goes to the second one, most definitely. T This is certainly a cheerful little spot, it helped alleviate the funk I've been in this week. It's conveniently tucked in Soho amidst the streets checkered with galleries....and two days in a row served as my pick-me-up while I was out gallery hopping. (Here I curse the cold weather, and darn Manhattan buildings that block out what little warmth the sun may offer!!! Bless Cafe Cafe for having a super-heated upper balcony, it warmed me up to the point I became a hot tamale...). The coffee is decent, and the dessert selection is killer. I've been kind of aggravated with all the expensive on the go desserts around NYC that aren't even tasty or fresh, but Cafe Cafe led me to have a little hope. I had a Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar that was a intensely sweet but complimented my coffee perfectly. The staff was punctual and sweet - three of them teamworked my coffee to me since they had nothing else to do.....good work boys! Coffee in a to-go cup even though I stayed, and they double-cup rather than java jackets. Bad them. The thing that balances that out to four stars....this place has not yet been taken over by the Hipsters.....yayyy! Hipster Hipster would equal no Cafe Cafe for me....
